Becoming a mentor to our students is both a challenging and rewarding task.  By sharing your expertise, you will provide training and experience not available in a classroom.  Your patience, encouragement and life experience will give Merrillville students an advantage when they transition from school to the real world.  Whether our students choose to stay in our community after high school and work, go to college to learn more or pursue family businesses and ambitions elsewhere, you will have made an impact in their lives and their dreams.  Thank you!
